The Rowans is a double-fronted house and so has a large hallway which leads to the other rooms.
Living & Dining Room
There is a large living/dining room with comfortable seating, a fireplace and colour television, and sweeping views of Tobermory Bay.
The dining table and chairs are next to the large picture window overlooking the garden and bay.
Conservatory
A very special feature on the ground floor is the recently-built sun porch which is the perfect place to relax and admire some of the finest views in Tobermory.
The sun porch opens onto a patio and large private walled garden, which is both sides of the wall!
Kitchen
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and tumble dryer and is fully equipped with all utensils for eating and cooking.
Shower Room
This is a well-sized room with a shower and toilet. See photo, above right.
