Availability

Below is an availability calendar which provides a guide to what weeks are available. The price for each available week is also given.

How To Book

You should confirm availability of your chosen week(s) either by email or phone.

To book, you must fill out a booking form which is available here. Please note the booking form will open in a new window.

The booking form is designed to be filled in and submitted on-line but you are advised to print the form out once it has been completed and before submitting it.

A deposit cheque (25% of rental) will be required at time of booking.

The remainder of the rental should be paid 6 weeks before the let commences.

 Please send the deposit cheque and the final payment cheque payable to “Agnes J. MacKay” to:

with the following notes enclosed:
For deposit cheque: “This is a deposit cheque to book The Rowans holiday rental property, Tobermory.”
For final payment: “This is a final payment to let The Rowans holiday rental property, Tobermory.”

Please Note: The electricity will be charged by the metered usage during the let and must be paid prior to departure.

Availability Calendar

Below you will find an availability calendar. For each week the calendar will say if the week is available and, if it is, what the price for that week is. If a week is not available then it will be noted as booked. This calendar is provided to assist with planning but can only be a guide and a check should be made by phone or email.

A completed booking form and deposit are required to confirm bookings.
