Availability

Below is an availability calendar which provides a guide to what weeks are available. The price for each available week is also given. If there is nothing showing, then that week is unavailable.

A deposit of 25% of tariff (non-refundable in cases of cancellations) should be paid at the time of booking.  The balance must be paid six weeks before the period booked, otherwise the booking may be treated as having lapsed if the rent has not been paid in full.

Please Note: Each weekly tariff includes the first £15 of electricity costs. Any amount above this is paid before departure.
